		<description>Dear Sir,
I approached Cohen Canada Legal Office to get immigrant status in the category of "skilled worker" with my wife in 2004. They forwarded my application to the Embassy of Canada in Rome, Italy, and asked me to wait. I have waited until today, and I received a reply from them saying that the Embassy decided to deny visa for me.
Perhaps, I have failed to steer my status to get the visa. Could there be any way out of this situation? I would like to raise my twin babies in Canada and settle a new life. I may raise finance for my resettlement as I am employed and paid sufficiently.
Please, your early response will be appreciated.
Best regards. Zeki Kaya</description>
