I have attended the interview for PR of Canada on 31/07/2007 and my file is refused. What can i do now ?

My profie is as under:

I am M.COM and Chartered Accountant of India

I have 14 years exp.

I scored 5 bands in ILETS.

My wife is B.Com.

I have also sponsor letter from my cousin Brother.

I have filed on 17/09/2001.
